A one-stop shop for affordable, patient-centered services online, in-home, or at their 9,600+ locations. That’s a massive undertaking, even for CVS Health—the fourth-ranked Fortune 500 company.

To activate growth, CVS Health needed to find a cross-functional partner with proven analytical and strategic expertise. A thought leader to connect the dots. Bridge the gaps. Someone to create an agile workflow and streamline operations. Who can bring powerful insights to the heart of the brand. And grow alongside it.

A partnership with heart

The Studios partnership kicked off in 2018 with the launch of the Loyalty and Personalization War Room (now known as the Innovations Lab), a specialized team that designs innovative concepts conceived by CVS Health Strategists for customer engagement. Day by day, we became further embedded, reaching a level of transparency that’s unique to outside partners.

As CVS Health grew, we worked with senior leadership to examine changing digital and in-store trends. And thus, our Omnichannel Team was formed to optimize website merchandising, break down ineffective silos, increase conversions, and drive revenue.
Then the pandemic hit, changing e-commerce forever. Demand increased for test kits, treatments, and vaccines, and we were quick to support Marketing and Creative. We produced advertising database content, personalized email campaigns, and supported initiatives to realize their vision. The next ask? Stand up an expert Digital Experience Team to accelerate digital transformation initiatives at CVS Health, ensuring cohesion across the brand and assisting in the redesign of their flagship website and mobile apps.

With the ever-increasing demand for Medicare, we also began supporting creative production for Aetna’s open enrollment direct-to-consumer campaigns. Through social media, video, billboards, and newspaper ads, we’re helping Aetna navigate an always-changing health care landscape.
